This campaign understands the personal needs
and interests of individual clients, prospects and allows contacting
them with customized materials. Set up newsletters addressed individually
to each client, with articles targeted to their interests. Also,
user can avail the facility of getting reminders for sending newsletter
on their PIM (Personal Information Manager) or through email.

Select Delivery Mode |
| First step starts with an option of users selecting
their delivery modes. We offer modes of delivery like
E-mail, Print and Fax. For demo purpose user can select
any delivery mode other than fax, run through all the
steps and can get back to step 1 to check out the other
mode of delivery also. |

Select Template |
| Once the delivery mode is selected, user gets whole
array of around 20 decent newsletter templates, which
he can select and go ahead with it. These templates are
set up for demo purpose only and we will give customized
templates for individual clients as per the requirements.

Setup |
| Now, as user is already ready with delivery mode and
a template, it is time to allow him to select article
of his choice. Setup allows the user to select articles
and edit them through the same template interface. |

Scheduling |
| Time to schedule the campaign. Decide on the frequency
for each campaign as quarterly, monthly, yearly, or any
dates of user's choice. Just schedule it once and no worries
for setting up again and again. |

Distribution List |
| Once the campaigns are scheduled, it is time to decide
to whom this is to be sent. User gets their contact lists
from which they can select the recipients and thereby
assure the distribution to the concern people. Dummy contacts
are available for this demo version. |

Payment & Confirmation |
| Final stage of Payment and confirmation allows to compliance
the complete campaign, with payment options and final
delivery confirmation. Payment and delivery confirmation
is not workable for the demo version. |
